Recruitment Panda are pleased to helping this lovely client find a new manager for their home in Ely

The home is well staffed, with long standing carers, who genuinely care, it is a lovely friendly staff team. (no vacancies)

The home has great links with the local GP and Pharmacy, benefitting from the close relationships the team have created.

They have good relationships with the District Nurses, who will always help us keep our clients, nursing them in the Home rather than moving(uprooting) them to a Nursing Home. End of Life if possible will always be carried out at this home.

Regular daily activites and lots of different people provide interesting and meaningful activies for our lovely residents.

If you are an experienced Home Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager, and you live within commuting distance of Ely, Cambs this might be an ideal next role for you.
