Sam Sanderson

Managing Director

Sam is an everpresent consultant to the UK care sector which he has served since 2009.

He credits his affinity for the care sector to his Granny, who passed away in 2016 after a five year battle with Dementia.

He believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success. 

Sam has been telling people that nurses are the unsung heroes of society for years and continues to develop Recruitment Panda through the expansion of our UK coverage.

Ian Sanderson


Ian has 4 decades of expertise succeeding in business. At Recruitment Panda he focuses on sustainable growth and streamlined processes, providing input to Recruitment Panda in the form of strategic guidance. 

As we aim to represent the most caring employers in the UK, Ian is an invaluable team member, as he has a knack for offering a dispassionate sounding board.

All whilst overseeing the financial functions of Recruitment Panda, especially credit control. 


Lucy Clark MBA

Executive Administrator

Lucy has been the keystone of Recruitment Panda's operations since late 2018. An Executive Administrator with 12 prior years in a similar role within the IT industry, Lucy possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience, not least of which from her MBA.

Lucy contributes to strategy, offering a broad range of support to the Directors and Consultants. 

She has 2 young children, keeps herself fighting fit at the gym and enjoys eating out with friends.

Tim Roby

Principal Consultant

Tim is a proven Principal Consultant, our longest standing member of staff and covers North West England and North Wales.

He prides himself on being the most honest recruiter in the world and his favourite part of the job is uncovering hidden vacancies for his fabulous candidates.

Tim is degree educated and has undergone extensive professional training since joining Recruitment Panda in 2015.

Emma Mansell

Principal Consultant

Emma joined Recruitment Panda in 2016, an enthusiastic professional with a real ability to multitask in an effective manner.

As a midwife, she mentored and trained Students, Maternity Support Workers and other HCP's and has a very good understanding of the benefits and constraints that affect both clinical and residential care.

She has two children, a flock of chickens, two horses and four cats.

Krzysztof Wieczorek CertRP

Recruitment Consultant

Krzysztof is a brilliant up and coming Recruitment Consultant. Qualified with a Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

Before Recruitment Panda he worked for one the world's largest engineering recruitment specialists, finding and recruiting such specialist engineers as to work on satellite propulsion systems! 

As a result, turning his attention to Management and Nursing in social care is proving to be an excellent move for him. He thought engineers were hard to find. Turns out it was great practice for hunting down skilled health and social care professionals. 

Krzys brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to the team and is particularly enthusiastic about the health and care sector due to personal experience.

Lydia Anwar-Wright

Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Lydia Anwar-Wright joined our team as a Recruitment Consultant in September 2020 after studying Economics & Politics at the University of Leeds.

Formerly of the Altrincham Grammar School for Girls, Lydia is now an incredibly person-focused recruiter with a brilliantly curious, analytical mind.

Lydia was awarded the POLIS Joint Honours Prize in 2019 by the School of Politics and International Studies at the University of Leeds.
