Managing Director

Sam is an ever-present consultant to the UK care sector which he has served since 2009. Since day one he has been telling people that nurses and social care professionals (of all kinds) are the unsung heroes of society. 

He credits his affinity for the care sector to his Granny, who passed away in 2016 after a five-year battle with Dementia. 

Sam believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success. 

He continues to develop Recruitment Panda to be an EMPLOYER WHO CARES (like our clients) and to continue to be simply the best at...

Principal Consultant

Tim is a proven Principal Consultant, our longest-standing team member and covers the Midlands. Tim is a true leader for his colleagues by being a genuine provider of and advocate for top-class recruitment consultancy. 

A consultant, not a salesperson, he prides himself on being the most honest recruiter in the world and his favourite part of the job is uncovering hidden vacancies for his fabulous candidates.

Tim is degree educated and has undergone extensive professional training since joining Recruitment Panda in 2015.
