I'm working on a wonderful nursing home manager role in Blackpool. It's paying up to £50k. The home is full and in a stable position with a great reputation.
To succeed in applying you will be a registered manager for a medium/large service that offers predominantly elderly care and dementia care.
You will be either a registered manager with experience in a nursing home setting or a deputy manager looking to progress their career. You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector and be well organised with management skills apparent.
You will also have or be working towards your Level 5 in leadership and management. You will also be an RGN or RMN with up to date clinical skills
