This is a small residential home set in a beautiful location.
Part of a small family-run care group, they have homes right across the North West that are well established and boast good results from their governing bodies.
The home itself has been established in the community for many years but has moved with the times.
Fantastic places to work, they actively encourage career development, and the sky is really the limit. You will be supported by a Senior Team comprising of an Operations Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager and hands-on Directors. Don't worry, you will get the autonomy to run the home as you see fit, but to have someone in support who will pat you on the back for a job well done would be nice, wouldn't it?
