Recruitment Panda are supporting a wonderful client of ours in finding them a Registered Manager
The service is in need of a strong manager who can really implement change to the culture of the home and bring staff on board. Also someone who is well versed with CIW and can stabilise the service from a compliance perspective.
You must come with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager. You will also have your level 5 in leadership and management.
In return you will be offered a generous salary of up to £42k.
