Home Manager, are you assessing your options?
I had the pleasure of looking around this nursing home and can tell you it offers a wonderful opportunity to transform a purpose-built nursing home which is the centre of the community, is warm and cosy and has some truly breathtaking features!
You'd be working for one of the most socially conscious care home operators in the UK with a longstanding CEO and enjoy direct support from an inspirational senior manager who is currently overseeing the service.
The home enjoys great relations with the council and local authority and the team you'll be leading are switched-on and thoroughly committed. It truly is a fantastic opportunity.
To succeed in applying you will be a registered manager for a medium/large service that offers predominantly elderly care and dementia care.
You will be either a registered manager with experience in a nursing home setting or a deputy manager looking to progress their career.
You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector and be well organised with management skills apparent.
You will also have or be working towards your Level 5 in leadership and management.
You will also be an RGN or RMN with upto date clinical skills
