An exceptional Quality and Compliance Manager vacancy has arisen in the West Midlands area.

Are you tip top in auditing?

Do you have extensive CQC knowledge?

Are you looking to challenge yourself in multi-site management?

Do you have turnaround experience?

If you are any of the above, then I would like to hear from you. This client would prefer a qualified nurse with a valid pin with previous nursing care of the elderly experienc but this is not essential.

Part of a small family run group, this role would suit someone who is seeking to work with an employer which is well established and is focused on that family-feel experience in their homes. Here, you are very much seen as an individual, not just one of the numbers. Your well-being is their priority. This cascades down into all they do. You will receive lots of support, the Directors have recently invested in a Group Trainer and technology enhancements throughout their homes

So who are we looking for? If you are:

  • Someone who has experience of multi-site management or managing large homes (70+ beds)
  • You could be a registered nurse, although this is not essential if you have the experience of managing a larger home
  • Level 5 qualification would be desirable but not essential, however you must be willing to work towards if you don't already hold this

In return, the role attracts:

  • £55,000+ salary
  • Bonus scheme relating to KPI performance
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

This role won't be for everyone, you must be prepared to travel, there will be early starts and potential overnight stays during the week.
