Maybe you are not a nurse, but a current experienced Deputy Manager within a residential home and fancy the opportunity to work within a nursing service. Even better, you could be a Deputy Manager within a nursing home, but where you are struggling with the demands that are upon you. Constantly covering shifts with very little supernumerary time. You could be a Home Manager, wanting to take a step down in responsibility and no longer want your name above the door, but are happy to help another manager and team shine.
