In the last six months the home has seen some exciting changes and now they are looking for a new Deputy Manager.
Well established in the community with a great reputation, the home is currently 'Good' in all areas and boasts a committed staff team. You will be supported by a long established administrator as well as a Senior Management team that is second to none.
They also benefit from having one of the best HR teams in the industry, who have recently made significant investment in their infrastructure, which has led to giving their managers more support than most.
