Care Home Deputy Managers, Clinical AND NONE Clinical, does SIZE matter?

How much does the size of your budget, salary, team, home and knowledgebase matter? Quite a lot, right?

So, if you were to consider a Deputy Management position in any home, you'd want to know:

  • Budget = Conscientiously weighted & well managed, thanks to long-standing independent owners with little or no mortgage/lease.
  • Salary = Negotiable for the best people £35k-£48k depending on, experience, interview performance & if you're clinical or not.
  • Team = CQC commended staffing levels, stable unit management team, growing clinical staff bank, bolstered with overseas team members.
  • Home = Larger size, transitioning to end-of-life care and away from challenging behaviour.
  • Knowledgebase = Exceptional, quality leadership, training team, modern marketing, ex-CQC inspector etc

There you have it. This position represents an opportunity to work for one of the most forward-thinking up-and-coming independent care groups in the UK.

Every home in the group has bags of character in itself, its people and its residents. Most importantly, we're not here to satisfy investors and shareholders, we're here to make a difference.

Size matters and this one is a big opportunity.
