Our client is looking for a deputy manager to help support the running of a medium residential care home in Bradford. The service is relatively new, is purpose built and boasts a lot of extraordinary features.
Your focus will be out on the floor supporting and guiding the team and being hands on. This role is a mixture of floor and supernumerary shifts, because care isn't just a 9-5 job.
About you:
- You will have experience of leading and motivating a team
- You will have your level 3 in Health and Social Care
- You will be passionate about elderly care
