Residential Depty Manager

Do you need a change from all the choas? I'm working with a wonderful client in Cumbria who are looking to appoint a deputy manager.

The service boasts a good CQC and the home is full.

 

What do they need from you?

Ideally you will have your level 3 and previous leadership experience

What you will get in return!

A generous pay rate of up to £16 per hour, paid breaks, ongoing support and development from the long standing manager, a 50/50 split of office and floor shifts.
