A mother's love knows no bounds.

 

This is a community learning disability and mental health step down Operations Manager job with a negotiable package in the region of sixty five thousand pounds per year (£65k).

 

And now they're looking for an Operations Manager who is interested in making this position their own. That means autonomy for you, it means strategic decision making and it means a seat at the top table of a business with a tremendous reputation, as evidence by glowing Good rated CQC reports!

 

This also comes at a time in which they're about to grow, and its intended the successful person will also grow with them. A mothers love, inspired the creation of this business 30 years ago and now they're:

  • A specialist care business with multiple properties in the Blackpool, Lancashire area that
  • Employs 70+ highly trained professionals responsible for supporting
  • In excess of 50 people, each with their own, often complex, sometimes tragic backgrounds, all equally deserving of support to live as independently as possible despite their mental health and/or learning disability needs

 

The love that inspired this team originally, has been the foundation of it's success. Caring for people e.g. sectioned under the mental health act, or with forensic and/or complex mental health needs and/or a learning disability is not everyone's cup of tea. But with an open mind and conviction, a mother's love has created the go-to provider for this type of care in the area.

 

To successfully apply you will have:

  • Significant management experience in Mental Health and/or Learning disability for Adults
  • A great handle on all things risk
  • MHA & MCA knowledge that's clearly evident and
  • Be a champion of high quality care in one of these areas, demonstrated by your being clued into CQC & the SAF and other industry developments.
