Operations Manager Supported Living - Forensic Services

Are you a passionate and strategic leader of of bespoke high quality supported Living Services for Adults with complex needs?

This position, which comes with:

* The responsibility (and prestige) of being responsible individual

* A salary in the region of £60k-65k subject to performance at interview and negotiation

* TOTAL autonomy to shape this position and organisation and help it grow further

You will be overseeing 9 supported living houses and 2 residential services. With so much more happening in the future.

This company's aim is to provide best possible standards of holistic, outcome focused and person centred care for with a staffing ratio of 2:1 which speaks for itself. Curious to find out more?
