You are a Home Manager in Cumbria, looking for a new challenge.

Perhaps you are a seasoned Deputy Manager and rising star.

Maybe you are an up and coming Senior Carer looking for someone to give you a trial.

Whatever your story, is now time for a new adventure?

Now this adventure won't take you to the Outback, but to Barrow-in-Furness, where a small, family run residential home is looking for their new King or Queen.

Part of a small portfolio, that is continuing to grow, it will be an exciting time to join them, with new homes set to open in the coming years.

They have a celebrity cast, with forward thinking Directors, an international Operations Manager, a Quality Manager and their very own in-house Group Trainer. You will be well supported in your role.

The home is well established, boasts a recent 'Good' CQC report in all areas and has a core team of dedicated staff, including an experienced Deputy Manager.

OK, so It's not set within a rainforest, but it does boast a beautiful woodland.

With a competitive salary of up to £38k per annum + bells and whistle's.
