The Home
This is their newest property, purpose built with specialist design features and electronic care plans. They are continuing investment by computerising their medication system.
Spacious, modern, yet comfortable, they boast a strong core staff team, an experienced Deputy Manager and one of the loveliest Operations Manager you will have the pleasure of meeting.
The Package
With a very competitive package of up to £77,000 on offer for the size of the home. This includes a 20% performance related bonus package, plus your very own company car.
The Right Person
You will ideally have had previous nursing home management experience, be that as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
Nurse Managers OR Non-Nurse Managers will be considered.
