Trainee Home Manager, what's one of them?
Well, it's simple really, if you have care experience and have led teams before then you're half way there.
Of course, there is a little more to it than that, but in essence, if you are becoming frustrated by your current Home Manager and think you could do a better job, then this role might be for you.
Perhaps you are a Deputy Manager or Senior Carer, that keeps getting knocked back for Home Management positions because.....well you have no previous Home Management experience!!
