Nurses I need you!

I have been asked to find a missing piece for the puzzle that is so nearly solved.

I love my role as a recruiter, I like to find nurses really good jobs, jobs where nurses are not just a number, where they are part of a team, that genuinely care for their residents.

This is one role that I really want to find the perfect candidate for.

This independent Nursing Homes has got Care and Employment right, they pay well, the shift times are great. The ratios are good, and the manager has been in post for 14 years, she loves this home like her own (it isn't), her door is always open, with a relaxed calm approach, and a supportive nature.

So my perfect candidate

LOVES GIVING GREAT CARE

IS HAPPY TO TAKE CHARGE AT NIGHT

HAS AN NMC PIN

WANTS A NEW ROLE
