Are you a Home Manager in, or close to Inverness?

Would the opportunity of leading a team who care for those living with learning disabilities, mental health, physical disabilities and autism interest you?

Well established, privately owned, purpose built and a big part of the community, there aren't many services like it.

This service is small in size, less than 20 beds.

The outgoing manager has been with the company for the past 14 years, 8 of those years have been at the helm of this service and she is only moving on due to new family commitments.

They have an experienced Deputy who has been with them for 11 years, the Directors are brothers, it is a family affair.

With a committed core team of just over 20 staff, most who have also worked here for a long while, most recent hires have come from agency carers who have enjoyed working here so much, they have come off the agency to commit their futures.

If you would like to work for an organisation that encourages independence and gives the people they support the right to form relationships, practice their religion, vote, access their records and be fully involved in every aspect of their daily life, this role might be for you.

You will have previous care home management experience, with a good knowledge and understanding of the Care Inspectorate. They are in a good place though, currently sitting on 4's.

Ideally you will have your SVQ4 or equivalent and have a hands on, person centred care approach to care.

You will be well rewarded, with a competitive salary of up to £42,500 + annual bonus based on performance, this opportunity is not to be missed.
