The home is small, offers specialist and complex care for it's residents who have suffered from brain, spinal and neurological injuries.
To be considered you must be nurse qualified and have experience of leading and coaching teams.
You will also be backed with lots of support from a quality assurance manager, operations manager, and a group trainer.
