Sounds too good to be true right? Wrong. Our client is looking for the best home manager and, unlike most companies, they are willing to pay for the best.
In order to be considered for this position you MUST:
- Be an accomplished nursing home manager
- Turned around a service and got it to good OR achieved an outstanding with CQC.
- Ideally be nurse qualified
- Experience in managing larger services
In return you'll get:
- A basic salary of £70k with a HUGE bonus scheme along side this
- Autonomy to run the home and even create you own structure
- Ongoing personal development
