Residential Home Managers, are you bored?

If you are looking to take your exisiting Home Management experience in a new and more rewarding direction read on.

You will have an adaptable leadership style, and understand how to get the best out of a large team. You will understand what makes each of your colleagues tick, what's important to them and how to help them to be as effective as they can be. You will be personable, approachable and forward thinking.

You will be looking for a job where you can settle for the long term - I'm thinking maybe 5 years, you might be thinking 10.

You will understand what it takes to give real quality care; what's important to each and every resident, how you can enrich their lives and make their house a home.

You will have all the tools at your disposal, the support of a great leadership teams both above and below and the autonomy to make important decisions.

And, oh yeah, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to 38k plus a very generous quarterly bonus.
