Lucy joins Recruitment Panda as an Executive Administrator after 12 years in a similar role within the IT industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with her MBA and is hoping to draw on this experience to help the consultants at Recruitment Panda win new clients, fill exciting vacancies and continue to grow.

Lucy is an excellent listener and pays great attention to detail, which will allow the team to provide high levels of customer service. Her experience has allowed the development of high levels of integrity and interpersonal skills and she is not phased by working with others at different levels throughout the business or external clients.

Outside of work, she has 2 young children, regularly attends the local gym and circuits classes, and enjoys eating out with friends.
