Waking Night Support Worker

He would not get this job as Support Worker within a child and adolescent residential home.
You on the other hand, recognise that kids don't all get a good start in life.
You've also decided that a career in residential children's care is definitely for you.
You have experience in the field already and understand what a difference quality clinical support has to the well-being of youngsters, especially when it comes to mental health.
Paying up to £12.00 per hour, with an unsociable hour's payment included, and enhanced company benefits, you will also benefit from a minimum of 30 days holidays (!), shopping discounts, free on-site parking, and DBS paid.
You will report to the Deputy Manager and support the team to provide high quality and safe care to young people and their families, building relationships, carrying out observations, and take responsibility to ensure the home runs smoothly.
