If you have a passion for functional mental health and would like the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and supportive employer then read on. This small to medium care home company have recently acquired two new services in the North West, which have seen considerable investment and refurbishment. They are now on the lookout for a Unit Manager for their Chester Home to be responsible for leading the safe and effective operation of their functional mental health unit.

This client is refreshingly different in the fact that they will consider both nurse and non-nurse applicants. As long as you have had experience of functional mental health or dementia care then we would love to speak with you. Perhaps you have qualifications in Sociology or Occupational Therapy and feel confident in your ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
