This is well worth a look. A quite decent outfit are on the lookout for a new Unit Manager...
A new Manager is in there shaping things up for the lovely and very deserving residents and is the sort of Manager who is proven to get things done.
He is looking for a Unit Manager RGN or RMN who is very highly driven and is a particular whiz with care plans.
The home already has a new Clinical Lead due to start imminently, the present Unit Manager has stepped down to Staff Nurse, paving the way for someone with a little more leadership quality to take the reins.
The home offers Dementia care throughout - all of which is nurse led.
The new Unit Manager will take charge of a 30 resident unit, with mixed Nursing and residential needs.
The structure consists of one nurse on shift, carers and nursing assistants who are all medication trained.
No candidates are in the mix at the time of writing (13th July 17) and the environment is a purpose built nursing home in a sizeable acreage which is on its way back up with CQC.
You'll find the manager here to be focused but approachable and the owners supportive, with good financial backing.
There are also other interesting facilities on site, giving the home a village feel and for the staff opportunities to learn and be involved in some complex clinical care.
As I say, this Unit Manager position is well worth a look, at £15.50-£17.00 per hour. I think you'll find it to your liking!
