One for those non-clinical managers out there.
BRAND NEW Unit Managers position available for an immediate start in Blackpool.
If you have experience of leading teams within a busy nursing home setting and are interested in working with an exceptional management team, then this position might be for you.
This is quite the exciting project.
You will take sole charge of a dementia unit, with an established team.
You will be full of energy with great communication skills, good on compliance and governance and know how to foster good teams, making sure you are all working to the same tune.
Naturally the above will come easy to you, but you will be well supported.
What will make you stand out is also having good clinical knowledge, knowing a thing or two about working alongside nurses.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Majority of hours will be supernumerary.
