Are you a staff nurse that enjoys utilising your leadership skills to make sure residents get the quality of care they deserve?

As a staff nurse do you enjoy hands-on clinical care and leading a team by example?

Implementing safeguarding policies, assessing new residents, medication management and mentoring junior members of staff is second nature to you these days after all.

My client is well known in the care home market for being a very reputable employer offering a very competitive salary of £19.50p/h. In a wonderful care home in Wirral. This position also offers flexibility when it comes to the shifts.

As a Unit Manager you will have freedom, autonomy and will be truly valued and respected by this great and very special employer. If you don't believe me they have won awards for it.
