Recruitment Panda are helping a small provider (6 homes) find a new leader for their small 38 bedded Elderly Care home.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager to change the fortunes of this delightful home.

We would like you to be an experienced Manager, clinically strong, and a great leader.

The provider is supportive and financially able to make changes as you the manager see fit, to make this Nursing Home sing again.

Staffing is good, but can be improved, the provider has a solid managment team ready willing and able to support in every way possible to help you turnaround this small but perfectly formed Nursing Home.

We are looking for a manager who will turn the home around and stay giving the home much needed stability

We are offering a competitive salary and a strict 40 hours a week - Work Life Balance is very important within this fabulous company.
