It is a difficult role, but thankfully the basics have now been completed, policy, procedures and guidelines are now in place.

Safeguardings are now resolved

Documentation and Audit are now up to date

Full team of carers now well established.

Recruitment for overseas nurses is now in place, a support system is being created, along with accommodation.

Whilst waiting for the overseas nurses, we have block booked agency nurses for continuity.

We have the power, the finances, the resolve, the experience and we now need the Manager to take this home back to it's former glory.
