Nursing Home Managers of Liverpool, I would love to hear from you if you are interested in a new challenge. I'm working with another small independent care home company based in the North West that are looking for a new Home Manager for one of their homes in Liverpool.
We have been lucky enough to meet the director and he is passionate about his homes. He also is passionate about looking after his Home Managers and staff alike and of course by doing this expects the best care for the residents they care for. Many of his Home Managers have been with him for many years and staffing levels within the homes are good as they pay their nurses and cares well With their very own in house trainer, end of life/palliative care champion and quality manager, you will be very well supported.
This role is fresh off the press, but don't delay, apply today. You can be clinical or none clinical. Ideally you are working towards your level 5 have management experience and knowledge of dealing with the CQC and Local Authorities then I want to hear from you.
