I'm currently looking for an experienced Home manager to take over a nursing home based in Manchester. If you're up for a challenge this could be one for you.

Do you have a passion for elderly care?

Can you demonstrate effective leadership?

Do you promote the highest levels of care?

Do you have a track record of increasing occupancy?

Have you been responsible for improving CQC ratings?

Does the prospect of working for a charitable organisation interest you?

A valid NMC pin is desirable but not essential. You must have or be working towards your level 5 in leadership and management.

This role is paying up to £57,000+additional benefits
