Trainee Home Manager, what's one of them?
Well its simple really, if you have elderly care experience and are a registered nurse you're half way there.
Of course there is a little more to it than that, but in essence, if you are becoming frustrated by your current Home Manager and think you could do a better job, then this role might be for you.
Perhaps you are a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse, that keeps getting knocked back for Home Management positions because.....well you have no previous Home Management experience!!
Does anyone ever wonder how anyone gets their first shot at Home Management responsibility anyway?
Maybe you are working towards your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management and want to start putting your new found skills to good use, well now you can. If not, well there is no need to worry as they can help you with this.
