Do you know how to teach the TD4 Syringe Driver ?
Are you a confident nurse, who would like to have the time to care for your clients ?
Does the idea of managing & mentoring Health Care Workers hold no horrors ?
If you can answer YES to these questions, this might be the Senior Nurse role for you.
As part of the management team, you should be a strong clinican with outstanding skills, which you enjoy sharing, taking responsibility for certain areas of the home. Obviously Audit and Compliance should be your midddle names, in this company you will actually have time to undertake Audit and Compliance.
