Would you like to work in one of the most beautiful Nursing Homes in the land, offering care to the older resident, in an EMI facility?

Would you like to be able to offer outstanding care, because you have the time, and the support team?

We are offering a great relocation package if needed, to help you move to Cornwall.

We are offering an excellent full time position at 37.5 hours with extra shifts available if desired, paid breaks, uniform, meals on duty and NMC fees paid.

The training and development offered by this company are excellent, with a dedicated training team, which allows us to offer this role to newly qualified nurses, and other nurses that might not MUCH recent clinical experience

Requirements for this position

Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration (PIN required) Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments Up to date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks including DoL's/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines A natural leader with clinical mentoring experience, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship Dedicated, ambitious and resilient A strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
