Many nurses think that working in a private care home will deskill them; this is simply not true. Due to the complex 24-hour care our clients offer, all their nurses are up-to-date with the latest clinical developments. Our clients provide a range of development opportunities to all nurses, including preceptorships for newly-qualified nurses, opportunities to develop clinical skills, and a clear achievable path into management. Our clients have and continue to support many nurses to develop from both a clinical and managerial perspective. Our nurses are actively encouraged to develop their clinical skills and enjoy a high level of autonomy, proactively running their unit with support from the internal team, our Clients and the wider medical community.

We are offering both full and part time nursing opportunites, day contracts and night contracts avaliable and also rotational contracts if appropriate

37.5 hour full time contract, along with a mixture of part time opportunities.

Hourly rate £17.50 upwards depending on experience

Child Care Scheme, Sick Pay Paid, Supported Revalidation, 4 day Corporate induction Mandatory updates, e-learning, NMC fees, Uniforms and Free Meals on duty. shift times 8 - 8. 6 supervisions pr year, with one appraisal, supported Guidance and Mentoring
