Staff Nurse

To put it bluntly, do you feel like your provider are too focused on lining their own pockets rather than placing an emphasis on the quality of their residents and employees life?

We are recruiting a nurse to join one of the highest rated services in Conwy and North Wales as a whole and the reason for their high praise is that the management really is passionate about the people they work with.
You would be a staff nurse reporting directly to the Clinical Lead who has been in post for 6 years and knows exactly what it takes to succeed in this home, so you would have a clear cut idea of what good work is expected here.
You would be caring for 40 residents with no complex needs or behaviour, but definitely a whole lot of character!
You would have the full support of not only the clinical lead, but the amazing manager who has deep roots in the health care industry and is very highly regarded by the Local Authorities and the community alike, so she is definitely somebody good to know.
If successful, you wouldn't be thrown straight onto the floor, but would be incorporated into the team at a speed that would suit you in order to make sure you are fully acquainted with the team and the residents before you're left to your own devices.
You would be supported in all aspects, including developmentally as they have a track record of supporting nurses with gaining their level 5 and they would be happy to help you with anything else which you think may benefit your practise.
