I know what you're thinking, what has this got to do with a Senior Staff Nurse role?? Well I will tell you.....
Lancashire has some outstanding care homes to and one of my favourite clients in the area is looking for Senior Staff Nurses (either RGN or RMN) to join their small independent outfit. If I was to tell you that there are full time hours available on days or nights and you will be utilised to work across most of their portfolio giving you the chance to work in six of their beautiful homes, what would you say?
Their homes are closely located to each other so travelling shouldn't be an issue, though my client would prefer someone with a driving license for this role. You will cover any holiday and sickness at the homes, but plenty of notice will be given of your shift patterns.

They like passionate, dedicated and caring team members and in return you will be paid a generous package of £16p/h+ with paid breaks which could see you earning in excess of £32,000k per annum. Oh and not only will you receive a robust induction and training package, with plenty of opportunities for career development, but you will also get 5.6 weeks holiday which include Christmas Week off as well as New Year. Yes you are not seeing things that really does say Christmas and New Year OFF!!!!
