Seriously this is one of those really lovely places to spend your day, some say its working, others describe it as time spent recharging ready for the family life.
Obviously this is a Good rated Nursing Home with one Outstanding as a responsive place to live, We need a new team member for our nursing staff, one of our team has left due to relocation, she has gone to live miles away - boo hoo hoo
I can ramble on about how well staff are thought of by this company, but we pay the highest in the area, with the best training, the fullest homes, with the best care 'you can shake a stick at'. This really is Gold Standard Elderly Care, your grandmother would love it.
You might even get to meet Prince Charles, he is a frequent flyer at this home.
We are offering silly money, (in a good way) £19.80 per hour ) with extra daft enhancements for weekends and nights, (don't be concerned, very little night work - poor owl).
You should be a Nurse with a Current PIN, have some years of nursing home experience, and you should have a special fondness and love for the elderly, minimal dementia at this home, just some happy confusion.
This is a 42 hour contract, which nets you a ridiculous £44,350per annum, can you Adam and Eve it, (mid Band 8A - AFc)
You will have plenty to do, with 58 Nursing and Residential Clients, two nurses on duty, with a Clinical Lead and the Manager is a nurse as well. Luckily we have a great team of carers and Advanced Carers who of course are super keen and enthusiatic, you will have the opportunity to mentor train audit and develop your self and others around you.
