Sea-Loving Nurse - Days - Elderly Care

Eastbourne, East Sussex, England BN25 2RU
Up to £37440 per annum + NMC PIN Paid, Employer Sponsorship
Worker Bee
Client Group:
Older People

What do nurses at this nursing home and seagulls have in common? They both like to be beside the seaside (sing along with me....).

Are you an RGN who is ready for a change? Perhaps, like our good friend the seagull, you are ready to spread your wings a little and fly the next into a new role? If so, keep reading...

Working within elderly care, this nursing home is a smaller service so perfect for a nurse who wants to take a step back from a busy large home or alternatively wants to make a move into the care home sector and work with a smaller number of residents.

In this home, the Manager and Deputy have been in post for some time. The Deputy is also an RGN so you have hands-on clinical support from the management team - you're not going to be left alone, running around like a headless chicken...

Home has a Good CQC, and a good reputation locally. Very much a 'home-from-home' for the residents. If you are looking for a family-feel care home, then this is it. No soulless corporate management team here... it's genuinely about you getting to be the best nurse and spend time with the residents as individuals rather than just ticking off a checklist.

The role is for day shifts only, 36 hours a week. In addition, your NMC PIN is paid, and if you are already in the UK but require employer sponsorship/visa then that is also available for the right candidate.

Please feel free to give Rachael Broderick a call to discuss further on 0161 914 5722 or apply to this advert if you have a CV detailing your experience. If you don't have a CV, don't worry, we still want to hear from you if you meet the criteria! Just give us a call for a chat.
