I am pleased to be recruiting for a new home manager for this purpose built residential care home. It is small and perfectly formed, and would suit a really experienced Deputy Residential Manager taking their first CQC Registered Manager role.
The home is part of a small privately owned group, with ambitious growth targets, ensuring there are opportunities to develop within the group.
The company have a structure that ensures support and guidance, with an Area Manager spending at least one day a week at the home, along with a deputy manager who has 12 hours supernumerary each week to support the manager.
This company will guide and support you to become a strong manager, excellent training is provided to learn the groups working methods.
