Recruitment Panda are pleased to helping this small group of residential homes find a new manager for their home in Stoke on Trent
The home is well staffed, with long standing carers, who genuinely care, it is a lovely friendly staff team. (no vacancies)
The home has great links with the local GP and Pharmacy, benefitting from the close relationships the team have created. The practice nurse at the GPS continue to support the home along with THE HUB for physios, OT's and other Health Care Professionals.
We have good relationships with the District Nurses, who will always help us keep our clients, nursing them in the Home rather than moving(uprooting) them to a Nursing Home. End of Life if possible will always be carried out at this home.
Care Plans are digital using the acclaimed CMS System, whilst Medications are all paper based.
We have a great chef, who will visit all the residents to discuss menus, and make alterations to suit them.
Regular daily activites and lots of different people provide interesting and meaningful activies for our lovely residents.
If you are an experienced Home Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager, and you live within commuting distance of Junction 15 on the M6 this might be an ideal next role for you.
