I have a new client, well known but with astonishing credentials. I can't say too much here because we need to complete our registration with you first, so let's talk.

Astonishing Nursing Home group seek accomplished Regional Operations Director with credentials. Better.

The Regional Director I am looking for will know the business of Nursing Homes well. You may have worked your way up to Regional Director level from within Nursing Home or Residential Home companies. Or perhaps you successfully moved in to the sector and offer different skills.

Whichever, you need to implicitly understand both care and the numbers very well to be a match. If you do, this role will allow you to see the fruits of your forest whilst earning circa £70k ++.

So what's a match? Well if you have successfully ran a region or group of nursing or residential homes then it could be you. If you could be a highly performing Regional Director, delivering Care Consultancy services to new and existing clients, spearheading real sustainable root and branch change to care across the Midlands and East Anglia, then get in touch.

My client are distinguished by a thoroughly modern business model encouraging of long term client relationships in a sophisticated, ethically grounded and care focused operation. So there's much to discuss.

Required qualities & experience:

  • Proven senior operational/regional management track record
  • Supporting and Mentoring Home Managers
  • From a business including nursing homes and/or residential homes
  • Preferably nurse trained
  • Having led C 5+ nursing or residential homes
  • Including several turnarounds seen through to completion
  • Communicative, without ego and with a visible leadership MO

Considered a bonus:

  • Extra skills in dementia or palliative care
  • Commissioning
  • Business admin
  • Etc
