Recruitment Panda is proud to be working in partnership with an independent Nursing Home provider to recruit a Quality and Compliance Manager for their Large and Perfectly formed Nursing Home set in the rural area of Lichfield.
This is a great opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centered care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end of life, and residential care, as well as specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
Stage One - Video call interview with the Regional Director
Stage Two - Face to Face or video call interview with the Propietor & SMT
The Candidate:
Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
Possess strong commercial acumen
Excellent communicative skills
Demonstrate excellent leadership
Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
