This is nice, family owned Nursing Home, about 60 beds, the normal mixture of Residential, and Nursing residents.
There is an experienced kind and realistic Nurse Manager there, who is supported by a really lovely Clinical Lead.
We are looking for a staff nurse, to work in this purpose built charming home, which is set in an area of Outstanding Natural beauty, the views from the windows are fantastic.
Shift patterns are 8 - 8, 12 hours, (could potentially be 8 hours), free meal on duty. support, guidance and mentoring is available if needed.
This is a truly relaxed place to work, plenty of staff, equipment and plenty of time to do your person centred tasks effectively.
Its the kind of place you have to visit, meet the manager - she has a good sense of humour, knows how to have fun, and is incredibly supoportive.
