This beautiful, friendly nursing home offers residential and nursing care and provides person centred to 50 Elderly adults with Dementia Nursing, Fraility and Palliative Care.

Quality care functions alongside recreation and entertainment to achieve satisfaction, with day trips another popular addition.

Are you…

· An experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) The service welcomes applications from all General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given with your own designated mentor.

· Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.

· A newly qualified nurse ready to take the leap from training into your first role, supported by a structured preceptorship and welcoming and inspirational team?

Areas of responsibility:

· Maintaining excellent clinical skills within NMC guidelines.

· To work in partnership and thereby promote choice, participation and motivation.

· Promotion of therapeutic activity and wellbeing.

· To support and direct the care team.

· Maintenance of CQC fundamental standards & NICE Guidelines.

· Monitoring and maintaining standards of care.

· Maintenance of person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

· Medication administration, ordering and storage.

· Staff supervision and appraisal.

· Maintaining the Company Ethos and values.

· Adhering to Company Policy and Procedures.
