We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager with a Registered Nurse qualification for this 70 bedded care home withand 15 independent living flats. nursing.

About the role

  • You will be supported to become registered with the Care Quality Commission within 6 months of joining us
  • Be fully conversant with CQC regulations and requirements
  • With an employee base of 150, you will need to possess and demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills by coaching and mentoring expectations 'on the floor'
  • Able to focus upon multiple tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines and complete projects with positive outcomes
  • Continued promotion of the homes already excellent status in relation to person centred Dementia care and End of Life Care

About you

  • Registered Nurse - this is an essential requirement - active on the NMC register
  • Previous experience in a Registered Managers role with RMA or Level 5 Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills, able to network effectively with stakeholders
  • A passion and commitment to the highest standards of clinical and person centred care
