WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT

I am trying to find two Nursing Home Managers.

You need to be running or have run a fully compliant Nursing Home.

A Manager that holds a PIN (and even occasionally does a nursing shift, just for the fun of it).

Nursing Home Managers.

2 homes in Gloucestershire, both beautiful buildings that need new Captains at the Helm.

We are offering an OUTSTANDING SALARY AND PACKAGE for the right candidate. we will even relocate anybody who is out of the area.

  • I am looking for Strong Nursing Home Managers, with a good record of either Turnaround, Refurbishment, and/or Commissioning
  • Somebody that offer longevity

  • Somebody who is skilled at recruitment and retention
  • Somebody who understands the difference between GOOD and OUTSTANDING.
