Clinical Services Manager / Matron / Nursing Home Manager

Neuro Rehab specialist home

Gloucestershire

It sounds like three jobs, but its not, some lucky person (with a PIN) could be doing all this.

This really is a special role, managing a 60 bedded Neuro Rehab Home/Hospital , working with all the different speialisites that have involvement with the clients, offering rehabiliation or adjustment to independence.

You will have experience of MDT working, you will have experience improving services for all involved, staff and clients alike. You will be a great person manager, encouraging and developing staff and clients alike. You will be impressive at planning, implementing and reviewing changes, to ensure they are beneficial for all concerned, cost effective and quality orientated.

Its a challenging role leading and managing a team of HCPs working in a rehab unit, helping people gain their independence or successfully helping them to adjust to their situation. Very likely to be more functional than organic, so "If helping to lead someone through to a healthier way of living is your driver, then this is your ideal role"

This is a difficult advert to write, please do call me, and let me tell you about the role, Emma at Recruitment Panda M1019RP
