This Home Manager role is special.

We are looking for a Strong Leader, maybe a Nurse trained business manager who has Kindness running through their core.

This home has some issues, so a manager with commissioning experience would be good, occupancy needs to grow, as does the staffing.

We're looking for a care home experienced Registered Nurse with current Pin on the NMC register or S/NVQ4 in social care. You'll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5,

You should have leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. You will communicate in a kind and thoughtful manner, whether to a resident or co-worker.

The role is paying a hefty £55K with performance related bonuses, there will be a two stage interview process, and we are looking for to hold interviews in the next two weeks.

Sometimes it is just easier to talk about a role, can I ask you to phone me if this looks interesting to you. 0161 914 5722
